Dances

Guest Pass
We have several dances per year where you may bring a guest from another high school. If you would like to bring a guest, a Del Oro/Confluence West guest pass request must be completed and submitted no later than the posted due date. Passes may be turned in early, waiting until the final deadline does not leave room for unforeseen circumstances (student is out ill, pass has incomplete information, etc...).

Guest pass request forms may be picked up and dropped off in the Assistant Principal's office, anytime other than class time. We are available before school, passing periods, brunch, lunch and after school.

A completed guest pass request includes:

  • signatures from the DO/CW student host
  • signatures from DO/CW parent
  • signatures from the visiting student
  • signatures from the visiting student's parent
  • a print out of the guest's current school ID
  • a signature and business card from the guest's school administrator

Students who do not attend a traditional on campus high school are required to get an official school administrative approval (with supporting business card) from whoever oversees their educational program. Parents cannot sign as an administrator.

Once your pass has been approved, you will receive information to your student email account on when and where to buy tickets for you and your guest. You must have an approved pass before purchasing dance tickets.
